We started in 2021 as Talent Academy, with the tagline “Where Stars Are Born.” It began as a music-focused platform during an online singing competition at the height of the pandemic and soon evolved into something greater. Contestants were mentored by industry performers like Ron Gohel, Meleena Santos, and Dwin Araza, with special appearances from renowned artists such as Keith Martin, Faith Cuneta, Sofronio Vasquez, David Mercado, and many more.
As the platform grew, so did our vision. We realized that talent isn’t just about performing—it’s about becoming your best self, no matter which path you choose. When the world reopened post-pandemic, we expanded beyond the performing arts and officially launched Talent Academy International.
Our Mission
Today, Talent Academy International serves as the official training arm of Rowell Signatures, a company founded by Rowell Mariano—an author, international speaker, and award-winning talent development professional. We offer customized training, coaching, mentoring, and consultancy services for individuals and organizations across both public and private sectors—locally and globally. Rowell Signatures is built on the belief that growth becomes meaningful when it helps people reach their full potential and create positive change.

From building confidence and communication skills to coaching and mentoring individuals—including trainers, leaders, politicians, performing artists, celebrities, and pageant enthusiasts—we also deliver corporate training programs aligned with business direction.
